Error al ejectuar reporte desde smartlist

Tengo una configuración para la ejecución de un reporte desde el smartlist que funciona bien en una instalación, luego se paso esa configuración a otro cliente que tiene la misma versión, debbo decir que la configuración que funciona bien es en la misma base de datos pero en el servidor de pruebas y falla en el servidor de producción y genera este error:
