Evolution 1.11.1.3 - Error al deshabilitar opción de "editar entidad" de un flujo de una entidad adicional

Tengo el siguiente inconveniente y no se a que se deba:

Se creo una entidad adicional y se le direcciono a un flujo de autorización.
En el flujo tenia marcada la opción de "Permite modificar la entidad" y el flujo funcionaba correctamente
Se desmarco la opción de "Permite modificar la entidad" y muestra el siguiente error:

Exception of type 'Aseinfo.Infrastructure.Data.Base.WorkflowManagedEntityChangeException' was thrown. alt text

Se probo crear otro flujo de autorización nuevo sin esa opción marcada, pero de igual manera da el mismo error.

podrias consultar en elmah si existe un registro del error mas detallado?

Revise el elmah y no muestra ningún error en esa parte.
