¿Por que puede dar error de timeout al generar planilla?

Cuando genero planilla me da el siguiente error:

Ya ejecute el procedimiento de incialización y no da problema, también el cursor principal y devuelve los registros, de hecho no crea ningún log de generación de planilla. ¿Alguna idea de que puede ser?
